This is a selection of our most popular single origin coffees, each sourced from smallholder farmers and crafted to bring out the unique and balanced flavors of each origin. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of Brazilian Santos with notes of cocoa, Colombian with flavors of dried orange, berry, and chocolate, Costa Rican with notes of apple, raisin, and honey, Ethiopian with flavors of milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel, Honduran with notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar, and Tanzanian with notes of pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry.
Brazil Santos: This aromatic and smooth Brazilian coffee is sourced from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, Santo Antonio and is made up of Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. Grown at elevations between 750-1050 M, the well-drained volcanic loam soils provide the perfect conditions for the beans to ripen. The beans are then pulped natural and dried in the sun, delivering an elegant cup with notes of cocoa. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of this Brazilian coffee with each sip.
Colombia: Our Colombian coffee hails from Medellin and is made up of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, & Typica varieties. The coffee is grown at elevations between 1300-1500 M and is cultivated in volcanic loam soils. The beans are fully washed and dried in solar dryers, ensuring a sweet cup with flavors of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Enjoy the perfectly balanced notes and aromas of this Colombian coffee with each sip.
Costa Rica: This coffee from Costa Rica is sourced from smallholder farmers in Alajuela and is made up of Caturra & Catuai varieties. Grown in well-drained soil at elevations between 1300-1445 M, the beans are eco-pulped and dried in the sun. This process creates a cup with sweet notes of apple, raisin, and honey. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of this Costa Rican coffee with each sip.

Ethiopia: This Ethiopian coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Sidama zone and is made up of indigenous heirloom cultivars. Grown at elevations between 1700-1900 M, the coffee is naturally processed and sorted by hand, then dried on raised beds. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of this Ethiopian coffee with each sip, including notes of milk chocolate, fruity, and caramel.
Honduras: This Honduran coffee is sourced from 1500 grower/members from Cafe Organics Marcala and is made up of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, & Typica varieties. Grown at elevations between 1300-1700 M, the beans are fully washed and sun dried. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of this Honduran coffee with each sip, including notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar.
Tanzania: This Tanzanian coffee is sourced from small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya area and is made up of Bourbon & Kent varieties. Grown at elevations between 1200-1900 M, the beans are fully washed and dried on raised beds. Enjoy the smooth and balanced flavors of this Tanzanian coffee with each sip, including notes of pear, floral, jasmine, and strawberry.
